Responsibilities
Provides business and integration leadership for the development and execution of projects and team plans
Responds to changes in statement of work, assess impact and assist with negotiating proposed changes to determine modifications to the deliverables, resources, costs and schedules
Plans, identifies and coordinates activities, resources and events required to complete work statement effectively
Assists with identification and removal of constraints and mitigates schedule and cost risks
Creates and maintains schedules and reports
Identifies and maintains performance metrics
Assess connections to task predecessors and successors to ensure smooth project flow
Compares actual results to baseline plan to assess project performance, efficiencies, productivity and lessons learned
Performs cost account management tasks as assigned
Travel up to 10%
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university
3+ years' related project management experience
3+ years' experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
An Interim Pre-Start and Final Post Start Secret Clearance is required
This position requires ability to obtain a Special Access Program (SAP) clearance, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only
Preferred
Certification in project management
Experience in coordinating teams to deliver results
5 or more years of project management experience
Experience with managing budgets and resources, familiarity with earned value management
Experience working on aircraft programs or supporting production systems
Prioritize and achieve tasks when under pressure
Detail oriented and customer focused with excellent time management skills
