Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of data solutions using Palantir Foundry and AIP to enhance business intelligence
Oversee the integration of data into existing systems to improve data accessibility and usability across the organization
Provide expert analysis and interpretation of data to support strategic decision-making processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive innovation and efficiency
Develop and maintain documentation for data processes and methodologies to ensure consistency and accuracy
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in data management and analysis
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data solutions to ensure they meet organizational objectives
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team members understanding and use of data tools
Implement strategies to optimize the use of data in addressing complex business challenges
Support the development of predictive models using data to forecast trends and outcomes
Engage with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of data analysis
Utilize Palantir Work Model to streamline workflows and improve collaboration within the team
Qualification
Required
Demonstrate proficiency in using Palantir Foundry for data analysis and solution development
Exhibit strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting complex data sets
Possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Have a solid understanding of industry standards and best practices in data management
Show experience in developing predictive models using data
Display the ability to lead training sessions and workshops on data tools
Present a track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives in data analysis processes
