Responsibilities
Determining client eligibility for public assistance benefits by using intake and processing systems
Utilizing NC FAST or other automated systems for eligibility determination
Recertifying recipients for continued benefits for Adult Long-Term Medicaid or other service programs
Qualification
Required
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in the human services field or social work AND one (1) year of human services work experience
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree AND two (2) years of human services work experience
Possession of a High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) test equivalency AND five (5) years of work experience in determining human service eligibility and participatory in the delivery of public assistance programs related experience in human services
An equivalent combination of education, training and experience as stated above

Employment cannot commence until the employee has been cleared
Candidates for employment may be required to undergo fingerprinting and a criminal history background check based on the job responsibilities of the position
