They are seeking an Admin Referral Coordinator to manage referrals, coordinate services, and ensure smooth daily operations in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
Manage referrals received by phone, fax, and email
Enter and track referrals, insurance, and assignments in EICS
Assign service coordinators and communicate updates to families and referrers
Provide front desk coverage - greet visitors, answer calls, and support daily office needs
Support Early Intervention programs and playgroups, including setup, organization, and family coordination
Order supplies, manage parking permits, and assist with administrative projects
Help maintain shared spaces and step in to support teammates as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and computer proficiency (Microsoft Office) required
Must have knowledge of EICS or willingness to learn
Professional phone etiquette required
Must have the ability to learn phone interpretation service and explain EI programs to parents
Must be dependable with a strong work ethic
High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
1–2 years administrative experience required
