Responsibilities

Interacting with new JH clients to gather requirements on custom enhancements. Including defining the system and functional requirements of the product, and preparing the business requirements and functional specifications

Working with development teams to convey the business requirements, and provide QA testing once the enhancement has been coded

Creating business requirements and system documentation

Serve as a resource and point of contact in the custom process

May perform other job duties as assigned

Qualification

Technical supportTechnical analysisRequirements gatheringTechnical documentationScreen design

Required

Minimum of 10 years of experience providing technical support or technical analysis of software

Must be able to speak with financial institutions and gather requirements and relay them to developers in a technical manner

Preferred

Experience working with screen design and layout of the Xperience product
