Director, Global Enablement
Cohesity is a leader in AI-powered data security and management. They are seeking a Director, Global Enablement to design and own the global DM curriculum, run coaching programs, and enable District Managers to execute high-impact sales plays while tracking enablement impact on pipeline health and productivity.

Responsibilities
Design and own the global DM curriculum (enablement/training, pathways, and certifications) covering pipeline generation, channel/alliances leverage, hiring excellence, people development, GM operating cadence, and value-based deal strategy
Run coach-the-coach programs, live workshops, simulations, and deal-lab sessions that build DM mastery in deal reviews, pipeline development, forecast inspections, and situational leadership
Enable District Managers on executing high-impact sales plays and capture best practices and feed insights back into sales play development and implementation — including how to prioritize plays aligned to Cohesity strategy, develop repeatable motions (messaging, assets, enablement, and execution rhythm), drive cross-functional alignment, and measure success through pipeline generation, acceleration, and win rates
Establish certification and recertification standards for DMs; assess proficiency through observation and scored certification or 'opt out' testing
Implement a measurement framework (leading/lagging indicators) to track enablement impact on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, win rates, average deal size, and productivity/ramp/retention of account executives
Facilitate a DM community of practice and office hours to share best practices, competitive tactics (e.g., frameworks to counter 'R, C, D, V'), and peer coaching
Create repeatable toolkits aligned with the revenue operations organization, as needed (e.g., pipeline standards, territory/account planning templates, forecast hygiene, resource orchestration guides) and keep them current
Partner with RevOps and Sales Ops to embed the operating rhythm into enablement and ensure insights/dashboards reinforce behaviors
Govern the enablement tech stack and content (LMS, knowledge base, battlecards) with clear versioning, consumption analytics, and feedback loops from the field
Qualification
Required
4+ years in Sales Enablement or Sales Leadership, with direct experience enabling front-line managers across multiple regions
Demonstrated ability to build curricula and certifications that improve DM execution in pipeline development, forecast rigor, territory/account planning, building a network, growing deal size and value as well as people development
Expert facilitator and coach with a track record of deal/forecast review excellence and situational leadership
Strong grasp of how to leverage internal networks, such as channel & alliances, customer success and professional services to teach DMs how to operationalize them in their territories
Proven capability in value-based selling and 'art of the deal' methods that increase deal size, multi-threading, and executive alignment
Experience enabling cloud adoption and SaaS GTM motions, including land/expand, consumption plays, and customer success handoffs
Data-driven; fluent with enablement analytics, RevOps metrics, and inspection cadences to tie training to business outcomes
Demonstrated success driving global-scale enablement initiatives that resonate across geographies and align to a unified sales strategy
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making
