New Grad, Entry LevelDream Finders Homes is focused on providing title solutions across multiple states. The Multi-State Title Solutions Specialist will issue and deliver title policies primarily for Texas offices and assist with title matters while coordinating with partners in various states.

Responsibilities
Prepare and distribute final title policies accordingly--primarily for Texas offices
Assist in curative resolutions of title matters
Enter new title orders into SoftPro Select, as assigned
Prepare Title Commitment, invoice and other documents from attorney opinion letters from North Carolina/South Carolina law firms, as appropriate
Order Title commitment via TitleWave and prepare the title commitments from Title Search Reports in Colorado
Prepare, update and send invoices to closing partners, work closely with closing partners for timely delivery of title commitments, invoices and final policies
Assist in managing the national orders general email inbox, responding to incoming emails in a timely manner
Assist in other multi-state duties, as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma is required
Good communication skills -- both written and verbal
Ability to prioritize task
Strong attention to detail and customer focused
Good organizational skills, time management skills, and critical thinking
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
Proficient in MS Excel and Word
Adaptable: candidate should be able to adapt to new, different or changing requirements
Team Player
Preferred
SoftPro experience is a plus
Some Form of title experience preferred, but not required
