Produce and execute large-scale events, activations, and product demos
Manage end-to-end event operations, timelines, and budgets
Partner with cross-functional teams and external agencies
Support demo design, staffing, technology setup, and on-site execution
Build scalable processes and support post-event reporting and metrics
Travel to support events and on-site activations
Qualification
Required
5+ years in experiential marketing, event production, or event management
Proven ownership of complex, large-scale events
Strong project/program management and operational skills
Experience managing vendors, agencies, and budgets
Comfortable working with technology, product demos, and live troubleshooting
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience with VR, AR, AI, wearables, or hardware/software demos
Global or in-house experiential experience
