Entry LevelNavitas Partners, LLC is seeking a Staff Accountant who will work exclusively on invoice reconciliation. The role involves reviewing contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), and IT invoices to ensure accurate coding and proper accounting treatment.

Responsibilities
Review and reconcile IT invoices based on hours entered in the PPM tool (Planview)
Vouch labor invoices against timesheets to ensure compliance with accounting policy (Capital vs. Expense)
Review contracts and SOWs for relevant details
Create contracts or purchase requisitions in Ariba based on information in SOWs
Work with vendors to monitor aging items and ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner
Collaborate with the Project Management team
Assist with internal and external audit requests
Ensure compliance with internal control policies and procedures
Work with business partners to obtain information supporting accruals and adjustments
Qualification
Required
BS degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA a plus
Experience with Planview
Experience with Ariba
Strong attention to detail
