Responsibilities
Lead the conceptual development and design execution of assigned brand and campaign initiatives
Create graphic content for brand and ticketing campaigns across a variety of platforms such as social media, email, mobile, digital, out-of-home, in-game, merchandise, and more
Ensure all visual assets meet the brand standards of the Florida Panthers
Stay up to date on the latest creative trends, driving innovation and encouraging others to explore new creative outputs
Guide brand consistency across executions in collaboration with the creative, motion, and content teams
Attend weekly status and creative brainstorming meetings
Support the social team with in-game content, and react with custom graphics when necessary
Provide constructive critique to elevate design quality and maintain creative standards
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 5+ years of related work experience
Advanced knowledge of typography, layouts, design fundamentals, print, and digital
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Candidate must be able to adapt to ever-changing requests, design edits and/or revisions and must be able to take direction and produce an approved finished product in a timely manner
Extremely detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment while contributing to multiple projects with aggressive development schedules
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must submit a strong online portfolio showcasing current work to be considered
Must be currently living in, or willing to relocate to, South Florida
Preferred
Prior experience in sports, live events, and/or entertainment industry is a plus but not necessary
Experience with 3D or motion graphics is a plus but not necessary
