Manage all accounting operations, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
Oversee internal controls, policies, and procedures
Lead financial reporting and board reporting
Manage the annual audit process
Drive process improvements and system implementations
Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA required
7-10+ years of accounting and leadership experience
Proficiency with modern accounting ERPs (e.g., NetSuite, Sage, Dynamics)
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
