Responsibilities
Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for hardware, software, and cloud-based solutions
Translate customer needs, market trends, and operational challenges into clear product requirements
Partner closely with engineering to define features, prioritize backlogs, and deliver high-quality releases
Drive requirements for autonomous systems, self-healing architectures, RF performance, and cloud visibility
Collaborate with sales and customer teams to support launches, positioning, and customer engagements
Define success metrics and use data to guide product decisions and continuous improvement
Engage directly with customers, MSOs, and partners to gather feedback and validate solutions
Align product development with business goals, timelines, and resource constraints
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in networking, broadband, telecom, or infrastructure technologies
Strong technical fluency—able to work comfortably with engineering on hardware, software, and cloud platforms
Experience owning products from concept through launch and lifecycle management
Ability to synthesize complex technical topics into clear customer value propositions
Proven track record of cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment
Strong analytical, communication, and prioritization skills
Preferred
Experience with HFC, RF systems, DOCSIS, edge devices, or network management platforms
Exposure to cloud platforms, data analytics, or AI-driven systems
Experience working with MSOs or large-scale network operators
