Responsibilities
Create and follow up on purchase orders, payment processing, and part transfer requests using established processes
Facilitate external calibration of advanced electronic test equipment
Coordinate the logistics of internal and external testing activities, including shipping, receiving, and test sample intake
Maintain accurate inventory records and organization of engineering storage areas
Support planning and coordination of events and meetings
Conduct post-completion audits of projects
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, OneNote, Outlook at an intermediate level)
Highly accurate data entry skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to accurately follow multi-step instructions and complex workflows
Strong ability to develop and maintain professional relationships through timely and accurate work
Ability to use or quickly learn calibration databases, product lifecycle management tools, product verification databases, Microsoft Visio, and other enterprise-specific software tools
Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and the ability to communicate and work cross-functionally
Quick learner and highly motivated to achieve individual and organizational goals
