Responsibilities

Designing, building, and owning end-to-end data pipelines in Databricks
Expanding and maturing a Databricks lakehouse on AWS
Ingesting and transforming data from enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, finance, HR, etc.)
Handling messy, inconsistent, and global datasets with strong attention to data quality and governance
Partnering closely with analytics, finance, and domain teams to shape data models and pipelines
Laying the technical foundation for future AI / ML / LLM use cases

Required

7+ years of experience in data engineering or cloud data roles
Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, Spark, Python, and SQL
Experience building or scaling greenfield or early-stage data platforms
Solid AWS experience (S3, IAM, compute, orchestration)
Comfortable owning systems end to end — from ingestion through consumption
Strong documentation habits and ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred

Snowflake experience
Enterprise system integrations (Salesforce, Workday, ERP platforms)
Exposure to streaming data or unstructured data
Interest in AI, ML, or LLM-enabled analytics
