This role will collaborate with various teams to deliver high-impact creative that drives customer engagement and reinforces the brand. The designer will be responsible for creating engaging visual solutions and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Design within brand style and seasonal guidelines for multi-channel campaigns
Leverage design templates, tools and systems to deliver asset volume at scale
Hands-on production and output of multi-page responsive web experiences
Responsible for cross-functional distribution and publishing of those assets
Proofing and reviewing experiences prior to launch, ensuring the highest quality is delivered
Find efficiencies in workflows and leverage innovative technologies for improvement
Work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Qualification
Required
Have an available online portfolio
2+ years of design experience
Experience working with a variety of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Strong organizational skills
Web expertise
Typographic skills/understanding
Basic web/app development ability and knowledge
Acute attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with key stakeholders
Preferred
Experience working across teams and synthesizing feedback from multiple teams/owners
Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
Knowledge of current industry standards
Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities
Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices
Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences
