They are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch customer service, manage appointments, and support the veterinary team in ensuring seamless patient care.

Responsibilities
Welcome clients with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
Schedule appointments and manage incoming calls and emails
Educate clients on hospital services, preventative care, and payment options
Process invoices, payments, and maintain accurate medical records
Work closely with veterinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a busy, team-oriented environment
Comfortable working around animals; enjoys puppy-kisses and kitty cuddles
Passion for providing outstanding client service and compassionate care
Lifting, carrying, pushing and or pulling of supplies, equipment or animals up to 50 pounds
Preferred
Previous experience in customer service, veterinary, or medical fields preferred
