Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance solutions on the Salesforce platform using Agile methodologies

Build scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, and Flows

Work with Salesforce APIs, integrations, triggers, and governor limits

Collaborate with architects, product owners, analysts, and engineering teams

Contribute to technical architecture, coding standards, and release processes

Create clear design and technical documentation

Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews

Support team success beyond core development (testing, analysis, problem-solving)

Required

10+ years of overall IT experience

Deep understanding of Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, triggers, and governor limits

Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset

Proven analytical, problem-solving, and engineering skills

Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving business needs

Preferred

Experience with CPQ solutions (Conga preferred, others acceptable)
