Responsibilities

Define and manage program goals, deliverables, schedules, and critical paths for multiple medium to high-complexity technical programs aligned with strategic objectives
Secure commitment from cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and resolve ambiguities to ensure clarity on end-to-end technology solutions
Participate in system solution design discussions, ensuring scalability, high availability, and performance across software and infrastructure components
Monitor program progress, identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage budgets to support program acceleration and quality outcomes
Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders using tailored communication styles and data-driven reports
Identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and leverage existing technology strategies to optimize program delivery

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 5 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area
7 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area

Preferred

Certification in Project Management
Master's degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 3 years' experience in product design
Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly
