Responsibilities

Assist in developing marketing materials, pitch decks, talking points, and digital content
Conduct research on financial services trends, competitors, conferences, awards, and communication
Support website updates, external communications planning, and content organization
Help track analytics and engagement metrics across events, newsletters, website, and LinkedIn
Collaborate with investment and client services teams to translate insights into clear messaging
Provide general administrative support to the Marketing & Communications team (e.g., scheduling, file management, meeting action items)

Required

Rising Senior with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5

Ability to work on site in New York City five days per week
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in PowerPoint; familiarity with Wordpress, Canva, and Adobe Suite a plus
