Responsibilities
Lead product ideation, development, and execution across multiple categories
Develop product decks and presentations for monthly, seasonal, and trend meetings
Provide creative and strategic guidance to the design team
Occasionally present new product concepts to retail buyers
Delegate and oversee projects across product developers while managing timelines
Manage and mentor 1–2 product developers/associates
Participate in team-wide seasonal brainstorming sessions
Partner closely with senior leadership to bring concepts from idea to shelf
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in product development
Proven ability to create new product formats and concepts
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines
Experience managing and developing team members
Confidence running presentations and working in PowerPoint and Excel
A proactive leader with strong communication and organizational skills
