Marketing Designer
Proper Search is seeking a Senior Marketing Designer who can strategically design digital assets that convert. The role involves collaborating closely with the Creative Director and various teams to produce impactful marketing materials across the customer journey.
Responsibilities
Design conversion-focused assets across: Landing pages, Paid social ads (Meta), Website banners, Email campaigns
Lead visual ideation — taking concepts from brief to execution
Translate marketing goals into clear, on-brand creative that speaks to an established customer base
Build and optimize assets that support the full funnel (ad → landing page → email → conversion)
Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Product, and Email teams
Support product launches and new category expansions
Use AI tools to streamline workflows, generate concepts, and speed up production
Occasionally support print work (direct mail, product labels, supporting collateral)
Qualification
Required
Senior-level designer who brings ideas, not just execution
Strong e-commerce experience beyond informational graphics: Ads, banners, funnels, landing pages, and email design
Ability to storyboard and conceptualize independently
Strong understanding of typography, hierarchy, color, and visual flow
Strong understanding of UX/UI and CRO principles
Strong understanding of designing toward a clear CTA
Experience with Figma
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience with Email design systems (Klaviyo experience is a plus)
Familiarity with AI tools for creative workflows (ex: Firefly, Gemini, Figma AI, etc.)
Comfortable moving fast and handling quick turnarounds
Understanding of copy and messaging strategy
Preferred
Bonus: Direct mail or print marketing experience
Bonus: Meta Ads best practices
