Program Manager, Strategic Operations and Integrations
HealthDrive Corporation is a leading provider of Primary Care and Ancillary services in senior living environments. The Strategic Operations and Integrations Program Manager will work closely with the Senior Director to ensure efficient integration and implementation of new practices while executing daily operational tasks and resource coordination.

Responsibilities
Support integration activity related to Company acquisitions, including coordinating with other Company stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient transition to the Company
Assist other Company stakeholders in integration activity, as needed
Manage and track integration tasks, develop performance reports and dashboards in a companywide used system
Identify and communicate risks and gaps in stakeholder’s ability to complete applicable tasks
Identify operational differences and gaps for integrations, developing strategies to mitigate impacts to Company as well as incoming staff and clinicians
Implement a tactical approach to completing tasks, often in collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure success in integration activities
Set priorities, identify bottlenecks, and lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure execution of tasks
Other duties and tasks assigned as appropriate and necessary
Qualification
Required
Excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to complete tasks to meet the performance metrics
Be able to work well in a collaborative environment, ensuring team members are meeting the collective goals
Be detail-oriented, a rapid problem solver, possess situational awareness, and implement strategies to efficiently execute tasks
Must be self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is essential
Preferred
Prior experience with complex project management and/or acquisition integration experience preferred
Prior experience in healthcare is helpful
This is a senior position; 3 to 5 years of experience is preferred
This individual is preferred to have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
