Responsibilities
Proactively manage Directors’ calendars, meetings, and access to optimize time and priorities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to 50+ employees, including travel arrangements and expense reports
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, access requests, and facilities support for employees and contractors
Prepare, organize, and maintain internal and external documents, presentations, and spreadsheets
Support events, invoices, purchase orders, and cross‑functional administrative initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
3+ years of administrative or office support experience in a professional environment
Highly organized, with attention to detail, adaptability, and able to manage competing priorities under pressure
Collaborate easily, communicate clearly, and build strong working relationships at all levels
Confident working independently and take initiative in a changing, fast-paced setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Workday and Oracle experience considered an asset
