Responsibilities
Provide 2nd-level help desk support for hardware, software, and network issues
Troubleshoot, configure, diagnose, and resolve complex desktop and network problems
Operate, maintain, and repair PCs, laptops, and peripheral equipment
Assist with PC/laptop imaging, setup, and deployment
Support hardware moves, building closures, and office relocations
Train staff on telework procedures and VPN usage
Assist with Active Directory migration projects
Deliver professional, customer-focused IT support in an enterprise environment
Safely lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
Qualification
Required
Strong experience supporting enterprise desktop and client/server environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 11 and system updates
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products
Experience with MECM/SCCM imaging and automated deployment processes
Hands-on experience with PC/laptop deployments
Knowledge of telework and VPN solutions
Solid understanding of IT troubleshooting principles and customer service best practices
Valid California Driver's License (Class C)
Ability to work on-site and travel between locations as needed
