Responsibilities
Build forecasting models, management reporting, and KPI dashboards used by leadership and stakeholders
Consolidate financial and operational data from multiple systems into accurate, actionable insights
Support analysis across business lines, including pricing, utilization, margins, and cost drivers
Participate in future M&A activity through financial modeling, market research, and due diligence support
Prepare board‑ready materials and assist in designing scalable reporting processes
Identify automation opportunities and contribute to building improved analytics tools
Qualification
Required
2–4+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or consulting
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build models from scratch and manage imperfect datasets
Strong understanding of three‑statement modeling and operational analytics
Experience working with ERP/CRM/operational data; Power BI or visualization tools a plus
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with senior leadership
Self‑starter with a “builder” mentality who enjoys improving processes in a fast‑paced environment
