Responsibilities

Perform spacecraft commanding, monitoring, and telemetry analysis
Develop, test, and execute command procedures for payload commissioning, software updates, and spacecraft reconfiguration
Investigate anomalies, propose workarounds, and implement fixes
Translate high-level goals into detailed execution plans
Coordinate across spacecraft engineering and payload teams to align priorities
Lead shift teams during critical operations or anomalies
Report anomalies, risks, and resolutions to leadership
Provide daily/weekly status updates to senior management
Represent operations in cross-functional discussions

Required

Strong technical expertise in spacecraft operations, commanding, and telemetry analysis
Experience developing and executing operational procedures

Leadership skills to guide teams during critical operations
Clear, professional communication skills for reporting and cross-team alignment

Preferred

Candidates with passion, deep knowledge and direct experience on LEO satellite component development, design and in-orbit activities
