Responsibilities
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close for multiple legal entities
Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, prepaids, depreciation, and intercompany eliminations
Own entity-level and consolidated financial statements, including lender reporting
Serve as the accounting lead for ERP configuration, optimization, or migration initiatives
Review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely issue resolution
Act as a key accounting contact for external auditors and lenders
Develop and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Asset Management, and leadership
Provide guidance and review for work completed by staff and senior accountants
Qualification
Required
5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
Public accounting background (Top 10 firm experience a plus)
Strong multi-entity accounting and consolidation experience
Hands-on ERP experience (Sage Intacct preferred)
Experience supporting audits and lender reporting
Background in energy, renewables, infrastructure, or project-based industries is a plus
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a process-improvement mindset
