Responsibilities
Ensure the functionality and efficiency of all in-unit supplies and technology
Be a subject matter expert for all building systems and ensure they function accordingly
Conduct regular in-person inspections to ensure all public spaces are clean, safe, and well-maintained
Identify, prioritize, and execute cost-effective property improvements aligned with Kasa brand standards
Fix in-unit broken items, install replacement furnishings, replace hardware, repair drywall, paint, and perform other routine maintenance tasks
Collaborate daily with Kasa teams and partners to drive results
Qualification
Required
Regular access to a reliable vehicle to use for work
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record with proof of insurance

Change Agent: Supports tactical execution of change management efforts to implement new processes, tools, or technology including, but not limited to communication plans and training development
