Responsibilities
Optimize the PA model for stability, efficiency, and performance to support global reporting
Broaden usage and adoption datasets while integrating new data sources to improve reporting coverage and stakeholder impact
Maintain and automate data integrations to keep the PA model current with new sources
Collaborate with the Data Strategy team to troubleshoot pipeline issues
Build and manage data quality dashboards to ensure data completeness and integrity
Maintain thorough documentation in Confluence and track progress and capacity in Jira
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience managing and optimizing the Client's models, performing data integrations, and automating processes
Proven ability to handle large-scale transactional data within the Client's efficiently
Knowledge of data quality monitoring, alerting workflows, and dashboarding tools
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to improving data pipelines and ensuring stable, consistent data flows
Detailed documentation skills
Available for collaboration across global teams in U.S. and U.K. time zones
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate clearly
Effective collaborator with cross-functional teams, including Data Strategy, Engineering, and Product
Preferred
Experience with Confluence and Jira
