They are seeking a Director, Capital Solutions to drive the creation of tech solutions for lenders and borrowers in asset-backed credit, while collaborating with the executive team and managing client interactions.

Responsibilities

Report to the VP of Solutions and work closely with Product and Engineering team leads
Own the accuracy of Setpoint’s Capital OS application across asset classes and clients
Parse legal agreements and create a source of truth for engineers and product managers as part of product implementation and development
Manage operational processes to efficiently onboard software clients, coordinating with Sales, Engineering, Product and Legal teams
Interact with clients to resolve reporting discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner
Represent the voice of the customer in internal product communications

Required

7+ years of asset backed lending, accounting or relevant investment banking experience

Expert status in Excel
