The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of law firm clients, focusing on driving deposit growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Banking

Responsibilities

Drive deposit growth with a primary focus on escrow/trust accounts and operating accounts
Identify and pursue new law firm relationships through targeted prospecting and networking
Develop and execute strategies to achieve aggressive deposit and revenue goals
Retain and deepen existing client relationships through regular engagement and strategic reviews
Ensure high-quality loan growth by supporting underwriting and credit processes
Monitor portfolio performance and proactively address client needs
Partner with internal partners including Commercial Card Services, and Private Banking to deliver holistic solutions
Facilitate introductions and coordinate internal resources to maximize client value
Serve as a trusted advisor, providing consultative guidance and tailored solutions
Maintain high standards of service and risk management to protect the bank and client relationships

Qualification

Required

5-8 years of sales experience
High School diploma or GED is required
Ability to build and expand trusting relationships and partnerships
Knowledge of banking regulations, lending policies, procedures and techniques and well demonstrated understanding of loan risk factors
Exceptional business development skills

Preferred

Candidates with advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor's, and/or Master's)
