The IT Systems Engineer III is responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and maintaining the enterprise’s systems infrastructure across multiple sites, ensuring reliability, security, and continuous improvement of IT systems.

Responsibilities
Maintain, configure, and ensure reliable operation of computer systems, networked servers, and virtualization environments
Install and upgrade hardware and software, manage virtual servers, and automate Processes
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues, document solutions, and prioritize problem resolution
Provide technical documentation for IT infrastructure planning and upgrades
Perform regular backups and implement disaster recovery, failover, and security Strategies
Monitor systems and infrastructure to ensure high availability
Participate in the design, architecture, implementation, and maintenance of technology projects
Stay current with technology trends and recommend best practices for improvements
May work outside regular hours for service disruptions or scheduled maintenance
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in virtualization (VMWare or equivalent), AWS, and Microsoft Azure
Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, Office365, and Microsoft services
Skilled in scripting and automation (PowerShell or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of domain controllers, DNS/DHCP, authentication, OU design, AD replication, Group Policy, and security solutions
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Familiarity with hardware platforms, networking protocols, change control processes, and helpdesk ticketing systems
Relevant IT certifications (Microsoft, Linux, or network-related) are advantageous
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, system administration, or a related field, or at least 5 years of equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of IT infrastructure system administration experience in a multidata center environment supporting organizations with 500+ employees
