We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to play a key role in our staffing team
This onsite role offers the chance to work closely with leadership, develop strong relationships, and manage our ATS system to streamline talent acquisition
After initial training, enjoy the flexibility of working from home one day per week
1-2 years of recruiting or staffing experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build solid relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Experience managing ATS systems
Effective organizational skills and attention to detail
Support or experience with intern programs
Knowledge of industry-specific recruiting tools or platforms
Availability to work onsite hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 or 5:00 PM
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new processes
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of recruiting or staffing experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build solid relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Experience managing ATS systems
Effective organizational skills and attention to detail
Availability to work onsite hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 or 5:00 PM
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new processes
Preferred

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Prior experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment
