As a UKG Ready Workforce Technology Consultant, you will provide expertise in the implementation and configuration of UKG Ready HCM, working closely with clients to develop customized solutions and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Provide expertise in the UKG Ready HCM implementation and configuration to provide valuable support and solutions to our clients
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and assist in developing customized solutions
Deliver high quality service and ensure client satisfaction

Qualification

UKG Ready implementationPayroll configurationAdvanced Microsoft ExcelClient-facing trainingHuman resources degreeInformation technology degreeBusiness administration degreeTroubleshooting skillsWorkflow developmentMulti-site reporting

Required

Bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, business administration, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 3 (preferred 5) years of experience in UKG Ready TLM and/or Payroll implementation, configuration, and support
Demonstrated experience in configuring system settings, developing workflows, and troubleshooting issues within UKG Ready
Advanced Microsoft Excel experience, including basic formulas, pivot tables, vlookups, etc
Prior experience in leading client-facing discovery, training, and testing of UKG Ready

Preferred

Preferred experience in weighted average overtime calculation, tax setup, dual counters, PBJ reporting, and multi-site reporting
