Receive and accurately record staffing and schedule changes
Participate in daily staffing in collaboration with the Nursing Supervisor and Unit Nursing leaders
Gathers and processes time and attendance documents
Compiles data and creates reports
Qualification
Required
Previous experience with administrative Staffing process or Administrative support services
H.S. Diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Well organized and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize
Ability to assimilate to CHOC scheduling system
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to function in a fast-paced work setting
Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred
1-3 years of experience with administrative staffing processes
Bachelor's degree
