Senior Account Executive
Accord Carton is seeking a Senior Account Executive to represent the company in all interactions with internal and external customers. This role involves maintaining long-term relationships with clients and coordinating with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.

Responsibilities
Be a primary day-to-day commercial point of contact for any account assignments
Develop and implement systems, touchpoints, reports, guidelines, and processes to keep customer business organized and performing as needed
Coordinate and update tailored presentation material(s) encompassing all Accord capabilities
Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
Proactively identify and research potential leads through various sources, including online research, social media, and industry-specific databases
Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other communication methods
Develop regular reports and communications with customers on critical business metrics
Know and understand customer requirements and needs and support internal teams with this information
Coordinate and collaborate closely with customer service to ensure the best customer experience
Coordinate Accord resources (i.e., marketing, technical, operations, graphics, customer service) to provide value-added services and support to accounts
Use CRM and ERP (Epicor) as core tools of the position
Provide or coordinate technical assistance in resolving issues with Accord cartons at customer plants as needed
Support the needs of Accord internal stakeholders, plant and operational leaders, customer service team, demand and capacity planning team and finance team
Qualification
Required
Ability to represent Accord in all interactions with both internal and external customers

Ability to work with little guidance and/or direction
