Area Sales Manager
TractEasy is a pioneering company in autonomous vehicles for industrial and airport applications, seeking a talented and motivated Area Sales Manager to help develop this new market space. The ASM’s primary role is to create, develop, maintain, and grow commercial relationships with potential and existing customers by promoting products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Being the focal point with the Customer and ultimately responsible for their satisfaction in the commercial process for sales and service
Influencing Customer buying decisions by understanding Customer needs and matching them to TractEasy products and services where applicable
Understanding the TractEasy products and their technical and commercial advantages vs the competitors’ products
Understanding Customer operation and any product specifications to ensure our product is capable of meeting those requirements
Interface with the operations team to develop proposals and presentations
Understanding then regional market for each product line
Forecasting the Market and Customer demand to facilitate accurate S&OP
Processing customer setup, opportunity tracking and order management in the TractEasy CRM and associated systems
Manage the credit risk in accordance with TractEasy operating procedures
Qualification
Required
Proven relationship building with the ability to be immediately credible with, and accepted by key customers
A self-starter who can work independently, is driven by personal goals, and is accessible to customers and leadership team
Strong presentation skills and the ability to present with confidence the technical and commercial features of the TractEasy product lines through various presentation media and on-line web based systems
Ready, willing and able to travel on short notice to support customers up to 50% of their time, including some international travel
A recognized team player who can be productive in a supportive sales culture where collaboration with peer ASMs and the operational team
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree required, with a technical or business degree a plus
Experience with Industrial equipment and Mechanical aptitude helpful
