Responsibilities

Assist manager in the development of detailed, strategic marketing plans and recommendations
Identification of insights and opportunities to inform creative briefs and marketing campaigns
Leads project and cross-functional engagement for assigned national and test initiatives (inclusive of product innovation, promotions, brand marketing projects, etc.) through team coordination, timeline management, and stakeholder engagement
Analyze business and program performance, industry data, consumer research, and competitive initiatives to inform strategic recommendations

Required

Education: Bachelors degree required
Business case writing, marketing financial analysis, and P&L management skills
Demonstrated experience leading cross functional teams
Demonstrated project management experience
