Responsibilities
Prepares accounting for income tax computations and confirms adherence to internal controls under Sarbanes-Oxley
Prepares monthly and quarterly account analyses and reconciliations for tax-related accounts
Prepares calculations and compiles support for N.A. tax compliance, as directed
Prepares write-ups in response to N.A. tax controversy/notices as directed
Performs input into standardized processes, including the use of OneSource Tax Provision software for computation of U.S. GAAP income tax accounting
Performs responsibilities with an emphasis on technology and data, and identifying potential opportunities for process improvement and automation
Participate in research tax credit studies in partnership with outside providers
Partner with tax and cross-functional team members on ad-hoc projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent
Typically requires 3-5 years of experience in Big Four/corporate in-house tax department or the equivalent combination of education and experience
Prepares accounting for income tax computations and confirms adherence to internal controls under Sarbanes-Oxley
Prepares monthly and quarterly account analyses and reconciliations for tax-related accounts
Prepares calculations and compiles support for N.A. tax compliance, as directed
Prepares write-ups in response to N.A. tax controversy/notices as directed
Performs input into standardized processes, including the use of OneSource Tax Provision software for computation of U.S. GAAP income tax accounting
Performs responsibilities with an emphasis on technology and data, and identifying potential opportunities for process improvement and automation
Participate in research tax credit studies in partnership with outside providers
Partner with tax and cross-functional team members on ad-hoc projects
Word, PowerPoint, advanced knowledge of Excel
OneSource Tax Provision and OneSource Income Tax
Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
Preferred
Oracle, Hyperion, Alteryx, SAP, Snowflake, and PowerBI are a strong plus but not required
Prior corporate Accounting/Tax office experience is a strong plus but not required
