Administrative Associate
Brown & Brown Insurance is seeking an Administrative Associate to join their growing team. The Administrative Associate supports the team by performing routine clerical tasks and provides general administrative assistance across departments.

Responsibilities
Perform routine clerical tasks including typing, data entry, filing, and operating office machines
Answer phones, routes callers, and take and delivers messages
Insurance policy processing, checking, and distributing in a timely manner
Handling weekly deposits
Sorting and handling incoming mail for all Gulf States offices
Office supply inventory management
Maintains files, records, or reports
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Exceptional telephone demeanor
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
1-3 years' experience in a similar position
Preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree in a business or financial related discipline
