Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and communicate staff schedules across departments to ensure coverage and efficiency
Respond quickly and calmly to last-minute callouts and schedule adjustments
Partner with departmental leaders to forecast staffing needs and plan coverage
Keep accurate and organized records of shifts, attendance, and schedule updates
Support adherence to staffing policies, procedures, and compliance standards

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
Outstanding communication skills and solid interpersonal skills
Must be flexible in dealing with last minute changes
Excellent organization, problem-solving, and communication skills
Comfort using scheduling software and basic computer systems
A reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude

Preferred

High school graduate or equivalent education is preferred
One year of experience as scheduler/administrative assistant is preferred
Experience in a Health Care setting preferred
Experience in staff scheduling, healthcare administration, or a related role preferred
