Regional Sales Specialist

The Regional Sales Specialist will lead leasing initiatives, ensuring community success by converting prospects into residents and maintaining high customer satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration with operations teams.

Responsibilities

Gain comprehensive knowledge of properties and markets to effectively address all prospect inquiries while ensuring Fair Housing compliance
Identify prospect needs to provide customized leasing solutions and develop virtual leasing materials and tours
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by creating a welcoming and supportive experience. Promptly addressing and resolving objections, issues, and concerns
Consistently guide prospects through the leasing process to secure commitments
Build and maintain relationships with operations teams to ensure a seamless transition of prospective residents to applicants
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and strategic alignment
Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and/or Sr. Regional Sales Specialist(s) to achieve leasing targets by identifying marketing opportunities and developing strategies to drive leads
Track and report on personal sales metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales activities
Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to the Regional Sales Manager for continuous improvement

Required

Three+ years of related experience or transferable skills
Experience in sales with a proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
A valid driver's license
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tools
