Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP)
Stellantis is a company focused on identifying future leaders through their Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP). Participants will rotate through various finance assignments, gaining exposure to Corporate Finance, Industrial Finance, and Commercial Finance over a period of two years.

Responsibilities
Rotate through four assignments, each lasting approximately 6 months
Provide a wide breadth of experience into Stellantis's finances and operations
Report to the CTC Headquarters in Auburn Hills, Michigan, and visit one of the Midwest manufacturing facilities
Gain exposure to Finance functions and business applications within Corporate Finance, Industrial Finance, and Commercial Finance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or related degree
Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office suite applications including advanced experience using Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred
One (1) year of professional work experience (including Student Programs, Internships, Other)
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks independently
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Evidence of high energy and strong work ethic
