Associate G&A Project Manager

ARMRA is a company focused on restoring health through its innovative product ARMRA Colostrum. The Associate G&A Project Manager will support day-to-day execution across G&A teams, ensuring smooth operations and consistent follow-through on initiatives.

Responsibilities

Project Management: Manage daily project tasks, timelines, and updates across G&A teams
SOP Management: Maintain existing SOPs and coordinate review and approval processes
Request Management: Serve as the point of intake for software and license requests, coordinating evaluations and approvals
Knowledge Management: Support Guru upkeep and uploading to ensure content remains accurate, current, and accessible
Onboarding & Training: Support process training for new employees (e.g., Guru, Monday.com, Slack, Calendaring), with agendas developed in collaboration with the Director of G&A Operations
Tool Proficiency: Act as a subject-matter resource for PM tools, supporting day-to-day questions and driving upskilling across teams
Legal Operations: Train as backup to launch legal workflows and pull repository insights in our CLM tool

Required

1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or administration
High attention to detail, strong communication skills, comfort working cross-functionally, proactive mindset, and strong technical aptitude
Excellent analytical skills with an ability to work with data to drive decision-making
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Comfortable working in a remote, dynamic startup environment

Preferred

Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) is highly desirable
