Responsibilities
Scrum Framework Leadership - Lead and coach Agile development teams on the Scrum framework, promoting Agile values and principles
Team Empowerment - Foster a self-organizing and high-performing team by promoting Agile best practices and collaboration
Continuous Improvement - Encourage the team to embrace a culture of continuous improvement
Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication, understanding, and alignment on project goals and priorities
Metrics and Reporting - Monitor and report on team performance using Agile metrics like velocity, burndown charts, and cycle time
Quality Assurance - Ensure that the team follows quality standards and Agile best practices
Mentoring and Coaching - Mentor and guide Scrum team members and other Scrum Masters in Agile principles and best practices
Qualification
Required
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is highly preferred
Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a track record of successful Scrum framework implementation
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
