Responsibilities
Delivers technology platforms and network infrastructure to support business applications securely, reliably, maintainably, and cost-effectively
Provides daily operational support for infrastructure and applications to meet performance goals
Develops staff expertise in current and future information technologies
Builds strong teams to achieve organizational objectives
Manages customer expectations and resolves conflicts effectively
Maintains relationships and open communication with facility executives and enterprise leadership
Uses diplomacy and tact in interactions within a complex organization
Sets high goals for personal and group accomplishments
Tracks progress towards achieving set goals
Ensures the customer's perspective drives strategic priorities
Utilizes knowledge of economic, financial, market, and industry trends to improve organizational results

Qualification
Required
Delivers technology platforms and network infrastructure to support business applications securely, reliably, maintainably, and cost-effectively
Provides daily operational support for infrastructure and applications to meet performance goals
Develops staff expertise in current and future information technologies
Builds strong teams to achieve organizational objectives
Manages customer expectations and resolves conflicts effectively
Maintains relationships and open communication with facility executives and enterprise leadership
Uses diplomacy and tact in interactions within a complex organization
Sets high goals for personal and group accomplishments
Tracks progress towards achieving set goals
Ensures the customer's perspective drives strategic priorities
Utilizes knowledge of economic, financial, market, and industry trends to improve organizational results
IT Construction Program experience
Proficiency with all Microsoft Products
Bachelor's undergraduate degree in information management or related field
10+ years progressive leadership experience
An experienced Healthcare IT professional, such as a Director of IT or a CIO, preferably in a complex hospital or a multi-entity system
Preferred
Master's a graduate degree
Experience in a highly matrixed environment
Experience with Epic/Workday/ServiceNow applications
CHIME Certified Healthcare CIO (CHCIO)
