Responsibilities
Analyze daily billing data, operational metrics, and performance trends
Design, build, and maintain recurring reports and dashboards for leadership use
Develop Excel-based reporting solutions using pivot tables, formulas, and automation techniques
Collect, cleanse, and structure large datasets for daily operational review meetings
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for billing optimization
Create practical workarounds and automate reporting in environments with limited system or IT support
Support audit, compliance, and control-related reporting requirements
Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience in billing operations, financial analysis, or operations analytics
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and large datasets
Experience developing dashboards and recurring performance metrics
Background supporting daily or high-frequency operational reporting
Familiarity with data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation techniques
Preferred
Experience working in regulated, compliance-driven, or audit-sensitive environments
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, or a related field
Exposure to reporting automation or process improvement initiatives
