Vice President Marketing

Continuum AI is disrupting the B2B Reverse Logistics market with a network-deployed platform for complex multi-party returns. The Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive demand generation and brand leadership across ERP, commerce, logistics, and supply chain ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Own and execute Continuum’s end-to-end marketing strategy aligned to revenue and GTM priorities
Drive demand generation and pipeline impact across digital, events, content, and field marketing
Own event strategy end-to-end: define which events we attend and why, align presence to ICP and regional priorities, manage logistics and on-site execution, and drive measurable outcomes including pipeline attribution, post-event follow-up, and performance reporting
Jointly own messaging and positioning with Sales to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
Lead product marketing, including positioning, launches, and sales enablement
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape technical and AI-driven narratives—translating platform capabilities, integrations, data flows, and automation logic into clear executive and buyer value
Own brand strategy and thought leadership across ERP, commerce, logistics, and supply chain
Oversee website performance, email marketing, and digital campaign effectiveness
Own HubSpot end-to-end: lifecycle management, attribution, segmentation, reporting, and CRM hygiene
Manage external agencies and contractors to ensure high-quality, on-brand execution
Track and report marketing performance tied to pipeline, ROI, and business outcomes

Required

10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including senior leadership roles
Proven experience owning marketing strategy tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes
B2B SaaS experience; ERP, supply chain, logistics, or industrial markets strongly preferred
Strong product marketing and messaging expertise
Demonstrated success partnering closely with Sales leadership
Strong technical and AI fluency, with the ability to go deep on platform architecture and translate technical concepts into GTM value
Experience operating in a fast-paced, resource-lean startup environment
Data-driven mindset with comfort in performance metrics and attribution
Builder's mindset with a bias for action—continuous learning, experimentation, and applying new ideas (including AI) to improve speed, quality, and impact across GTM execution

Preferred

B2B SaaS experience; ERP, supply chain, logistics, or industrial markets strongly preferred
