Responsibilities

Help manage the overall operations of the bulk storage facility
Confirm compliance of SOPs and routine review and suggest improvements in operating procedures
Unload and load tank trucks and rail cars
Deliver exceptional customer service with the daily interaction of co-workers
Operate company vehicles including semi-tractors, trailers, yard spotter truck, fork trucks, etc
Monitor safety and regulatory compliance
Accountable for all inventory records
Perform customers sampling, storage, and quality inquiries
Flexible work schedules to meet customer and company needs
Implement, monitor, and identify opportunities to drive performance improvement
Unloads railcars according to standard operating procedures along with all legal compliance
Ensure storage facility is kept clean and clear of any debris
Follow all guidelines and requirements within individual customer contracts

Required

Must be able to take direction and have excellent communication skills
Ability to lift 50 to 100 pounds
Must be comfortable at heights of 30 feet with fall protection on a regular basis
Strong computer and organizational skills
Must be able to be on your feet for 90% of the workday
Able to work varying shifts and overtime including weekends and holidays
Must be self-motivated under limited amounts of management to complete all tasks in a timely manner

Preferred

Previous utilization of SAP, Microsoft, and TIMS systems preferred
Valid drivers license (CDL preferred)
