Responsibilities

Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather, document and define business requirements and prioritize efforts
Translate business needs into functional requirements for IT and development teams
Coordinate and lead meetings for our business system partners and act as the liaison with IT to support relevant systems
Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and drive consensus
Assist in the development and execution of test plans and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Triage system issues to aid the development team in understanding issues and driving prioritization
Coordinate and lead meetings for our business system partners and act as liaison with IT to support relevant systems
Provide recommendations for system business decisions after meeting with wide array of stakeholders (assists development team with analyzing operational objectives by studying business functions)
Provide rollout plans and training for projects
Provide backlog management and aid with iteration planning
Provide prioritized product roadmap, reporting on projects, and timelines to stakeholders

Required

Minimum of 2 years of analyst experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities is required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable asking questions and learning new concepts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle multiple assignments with effective resolution of competing priorities
Ability to work well with a team and manage stakeholders
Basic knowledge of information systems development, SQL, and SDLC methodologies
Experience presenting data to stakeholders virtually and in-person
U.S. work authorization
High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred

Experience with Jira, SharePoint, and Asana is a plus
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
